What is vismRudpSessionMaxCumAck?
This read-write Integer32 (0-255) is the maximum number of acknowledgments accumulated before an ack is actually sent, where 0 means an ack segment is sent immediately upon receiving any data, null, or reset segment, and it is negotiated between MGC and gateway. An admin cares because cumulative acking reduces ack traffic overhead at the cost of slightly delayed acknowledgment. For example, an operator wanting the lowest possible signaling latency would set this to 0 so every received segment is acknowledged immediately rather than batched.
