What is vismPvcAlarmLogEnable?

This read-write TruthValue turns detailed alarm logging on or off for all PVCs on the module, true enables detailed per-PVC alarm logging and false disables it. An admin cares because detailed logging is useful for diagnosing intermittent PVC issues but adds logging overhead, so it is typically enabled temporarily rather than left on permanently. For example, a technician chasing a hard-to-reproduce PVC alarm would set this to true, paired with vismPvcAlarmLogAdminTimer, to capture detailed logs for a bounded troubleshooting window.
