What is vismDsx1OffHookAlertTO?
This Integer32 (0..3600), in seconds, sets how long the off-hook alert tone is generated unless interrupted by the caller hanging up, with zero meaning indefinite; it requires a non-NULL tone plan. Off-hook alert tone is the reminder tone played when a phone is left off-hook, so an admin bounds this duration to avoid it playing forever on an abandoned handset. For instance, an admin might reduce vismDsx1OffHookAlertTO to more quickly signal (and eventually stop) alerting when a phone has been left off-hook accidentally.
