What is vismChanAal2OamLpbLostCells?

This Counter32 tracks the number of OAM loopback cells lost, where these cells are sent periodically (every 1 second) on each PVC specifically to monitor the health of that PVC. Since these loopback cells exist purely as a heartbeat mechanism, losses here directly indicate the PVC's underlying path is experiencing intermittent connectivity problems even if voice traffic itself hasn't yet been visibly affected. An engineer wanting an early warning of PVC degradation before voice quality noticeably suffers would monitor this counter as a leading indicator of path health.
