What is vismChanAal2HecErrors?

This Counter32 tracks egress AAL2 CPS PDUs dropped due to HEC (Header Error Control) errors. HEC errors indicate corrupted headers on outbound AAL2 cells, which if frequent points to a physical-layer problem affecting cell integrity as they leave the channel. An engineer seeing voice quality degradation on a specific channel would check this counter to see if header-level cell corruption on egress is contributing to dropped voice payload.
