What is cucsVmVnicProfInstDescr?
This read-only SnmpAdminString value carries the free-text administrative description an operator entered for a vNIC Profile Instance object. Because it's free text rather than a status code, this field doesn't drive any automated behavior — it exists purely so a human reviewing SNMP data can tell what a particular vNIC Profile Instance instance was set up for. For the instance of port-profile 'VM-Data-PP' pushed down onto the VIC adapter in blade chassis 1, slot 3, this OID would return whatever note the admin who created it typed, such as 'Provisioned for finance cluster blade group' — or an empty string if nobody bothered to fill it in.
