What is cucsVmVlanOperState?
This read-only CucsFabricVlanOperState value reports the current operational up/down (or equivalent) state of this VM-FEX VLAN instance. This is the field an admin checks to see whether this VM-FEX VLAN instance is actually passing traffic right now, independent of whether it is administratively enabled or correctly configured. For a VM-FEX VLAN entry for VLAN 130 (the vMotion network) shared across two fabric interconnects, this OID flipping from an up state to a down/faulted state would be the first indicator to a monitoring system that something on that path had failed.
