Because UCS Manager builds each object's full DN by concatenating RNs down the management tree, this value is the local naming piece an admin needs to understand how the object is addressed relative to its parent. For example, when an administrator is reviewing which schedule policy governs a recurring maintenance task, comparing RNs lets an admin tell apart two sibling objects of this same class that share the same parent.
