Description: Cisco UCS stats:ThresholdClass:rn managed object property
What is cucsStatsThresholdClassRn?
This is the Relative Name (RN) of a threshold class object: the single naming component that, combined with its parent's DN, distinguishes this threshold class from any sibling instances under the same parent. Admins rarely read the RN by itself, but UCS Manager and management tools use it to build and parse the full DN path so each instance of the object that groups together all threshold definitions applying to one particular family of statistics (identified by a stats class ID), such as environmental or network-port counters can be addressed uniquely. For instance, when a statistics family has several threshold classes attached, the RN is the piece that differs between their otherwise-identical parent DNs, letting a script enumerate all of them.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.44.10.1.3 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-STATS-MIB::cucsStatsThresholdClassRn
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.44.10.1.3.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-STATS-MIB::cucsStatsThresholdClassRn.1
SNMPv3 example:
snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> cucsStatsThresholdClassRn.1
