What is cucsStatsThr32ValueSeverity?

This is the severity property of a 32-bit threshold value object, the live runtime state of one 32-bit threshold as UCS Manager evaluates it against an actual stats counter, including how many times it has crossed up (escalating) or dropped back down (deescalating), the alarm severity level UCS Manager assigns if this threshold is currently breached. An admin triaging a list of active threshold breaches sorts by this severity to work on the most critical conditions, such as a major or critical breach, before minor ones. For example, a 32-bit threshold value reporting a critical severity for a power-related counter would be addressed by the admin ahead of a 32-bit threshold value showing only a warning-level severity elsewhere in the domain.
