What is cucsStatsThr32ValueRn?

This is the Relative Name (RN) of a 32-bit threshold value object: the single naming component that, combined with its parent's DN, distinguishes this 32-bit threshold value from any sibling instances under the same parent. Admins rarely read the RN by itself, but UCS Manager and management tools use it to build and parse the full DN path so each instance of the live runtime state of one 32-bit threshold as UCS Manager evaluates it against an actual stats counter, including how many times it has crossed up (escalating) or dropped back down (deescalating) can be addressed uniquely. For instance, when a 32-bit counter has several 32-bit threshold values attached, the RN is the piece that differs between their otherwise-identical parent DNs, letting a script enumerate all of them.
