What is cucsStatsCollectionPolicyFsmStageName?
This is the name property of a collection-policy FSM stage object, one individual step within the FSM workflow that applies a stats collection policy. An admin monitoring or configuring collection-policy FSM stages uses this name to tell one instance apart from another without having to parse the full DN.
