What is cucsStatsCollectionPolicyFsmStageLastUpdateTime?
This is the lastUpdateTime property of a collection-policy FSM stage, the timestamp of the most recent change to this particular stage's status within the workflow applying a stats collection policy. An admin compares this timestamp across successive stages to see how quickly the overall collection-policy apply workflow is moving through its steps. For example, a lastUpdateTime that stops advancing on one stage while later stages remain unstarted tells the admin exactly where the workflow has stalled.
