cucsQosclassFcBwPercent is a read-only Gauge32 on the Fc (Fibre Channel QoS class) object giving the percentage of fabric bandwidth reserved for this QoS class. An admin cares directly about this figure because it determines how much guaranteed throughput traffic in this class gets during contention on the fabric interconnect.
