What is cucsQosclassEthBEAdminState?
cucsQosclassEthBEAdminState is a read-only enumerated value on the EthBE (Ethernet best-effort QoS class) object reporting whether this QoS class's Ethernet best-effort QoS class configuration is administratively enabled or disabled. An admin checks this to confirm whether a given traffic class is actually active on the fabric before troubleshooting why traffic in that class is not being prioritized as expected. For example, an AdminState showing disabled would explain why bandwidth for that class is not being enforced.
