What is cucsQosclassDefinitionFsmStageRetry?
cucsQosclassDefinitionFsmStageRetry is a read-only Gauge32 on the DefinitionFsmStage object counting how many times this specific stage of the QoS class's FSM has been retried. An admin uses a nonzero retry count as a direct sign that this one step in the configuration workflow is having trouble completing. For example, a stage retry count climbing steadily would prompt an admin to investigate connectivity to the fabric interconnect that stage is targeting.
