cucsQosclassDefinitionFsmStageLastUpdateTime is a read-only DateAndTime on the DefinitionFsmStage object recording when this specific FSM stage for the QoS class was last updated. An admin uses this timestamp to pinpoint exactly when a particular step in a configuration workflow last made progress, useful for spotting a stage that has stopped advancing. For example, a stage whose last update time is far in the past while the overall FSM is still marked in-progress would point an admin at a hung step.
