What is cucsQosclassDefinitionFsmDescr?
cucsQosclassDefinitionFsmDescr is a read-only SnmpAdminString on the Definition object holding the human-readable description of the current step in this QoS class's own finite state machine. An admin reads this text to see, in plain language, what UCS Manager is doing right now while applying a change to that QoS class. For example, this field might read out that fabric-wide QoS settings are still being pushed to switches after an admin adjusted the class's bandwidth percentage.
