What is cucsPortGroupLocale?
This OID gives the locale of this port group, indicating whether the ports it contains face the internal fabric or the external network. This lets an admin quickly tell whether a given port group governs chassis-facing ports or uplink-facing ports without inspecting every member port individually. A port group with an external locale represents a bundle of the domain's uplink connections rather than its internal blade-facing ports.
