This is the Relative Name (Rn) of an ObservedFsm object -- the naming property that, combined with its parent's Dn, distinguishes one ObservedFsm instance from its sibling instances under the same parent. An admin cares about the Rn because it is the local, human-readable piece of the path for the FSM task that tracks state transitions for an Observed object under the observe framework, useful when comparing several sibling instances that share the same parent container. For instance, when a UCS host has several ObservedFsm instances defined, the Rn is what separates "this one" from "that one" without needing the entire Dn string.
