This is the Distinguished Name (Dn) of an Observed object -- the full hierarchical path UCS Manager assigns to uniquely address one managed object that UCS Manager's observe/monitoring framework is currently tracking and reporting changes for inside the management information tree. Because a UCS domain can contain many Observed instances at once, the Dn is what lets an admin or an alarm/event message point to exactly one of them rather than the class in general. For example, seeing a specific cucsObserveObservedDn value in a fault or a polled table lets an admin jump straight to the underlying Observed instance that raised the issue, instead of having to search the whole tree for it.
