This is the Relative Name (Rn) of an ObservedCont object -- the naming property that, combined with its parent's Dn, distinguishes one ObservedCont instance from its sibling instances under the same parent. An admin cares about the Rn because it is the local, human-readable piece of the path for the container that groups the set of Observed objects being tracked together, useful when comparing several sibling instances that share the same parent container. For instance, when a UCS host has several ObservedCont instances defined, the Rn is what separates "this one" from "that one" without needing the entire Dn string.
