On an ObservedCont object -- the container that groups the set of Observed objects being tracked together -- cucsObserveObservedContIdCount is a Gauge32 counter/value representing how many Observed object IDs are currently grouped under this observation container. An admin monitors this number because it quantifies the internal progress or configuration of that specific ObservedCont instance's operation, which is otherwise invisible outside UCS Manager's own FSM engine. For example, a rising or stalled value on cucsObserveObservedContIdCount tells the admin whether the ObservedCont instance's task is actively making progress or has stopped moving forward.
