This is the Distinguished Name (Dn) of an ObservedCont object -- the full hierarchical path UCS Manager assigns to uniquely address the container that groups the set of Observed objects being tracked together inside the management information tree. Because a UCS domain can contain many ObservedCont instances at once, the Dn is what lets an admin or an alarm/event message point to exactly one of them rather than the class in general. For example, seeing a specific cucsObserveObservedContDn value in a fault or a polled table lets an admin jump straight to the underlying ObservedCont instance that raised the issue, instead of having to search the whole tree for it.
