This is the Relative Name (Rn) of a Filter object -- the naming property that, combined with its parent's Dn, distinguishes one Filter instance from its sibling instances under the same parent. An admin cares about the Rn because it is the local, human-readable piece of the path for an observation filter UCS Manager uses to decide which child managed objects and property values get included when it reports on a parent object, useful when comparing several sibling instances that share the same parent container. For instance, when a UCS host has several Filter instances defined, the Rn is what separates "this one" from "that one" without needing the entire Dn string.
