This is the Distinguished Name (Dn) of a Filter object -- the full hierarchical path UCS Manager assigns to uniquely address an observation filter UCS Manager uses to decide which child managed objects and property values get included when it reports on a parent object inside the management information tree. Because a UCS domain can contain many Filter instances at once, the Dn is what lets an admin or an alarm/event message point to exactly one of them rather than the class in general. For example, seeing a specific cucsObserveFilterDn value in a fault or a polled table lets an admin jump straight to the underlying Filter instance that raised the issue, instead of having to search the whole tree for it.
