Description: Cisco UCS nfs:MountInstFsmTask:dn managed object property

What is cucsNfsMountInstFsmTaskDn?

This is the Distinguished Name (Dn) of a MountInstFsmTask object -- the full hierarchical path UCS Manager assigns to uniquely address the specific administrative task (such as create, delete, or verify) queued for that NFS-mount FSM to execute inside the management information tree. Because a UCS domain can contain many MountInstFsmTask instances at once, the Dn is what lets an admin or an alarm/event message point to exactly one of them rather than the class in general. For example, seeing a specific cucsNfsMountInstFsmTaskDn value in a fault or a polled table lets an admin jump straight to the underlying MountInstFsmTask instance that raised the issue, instead of having to search the whole tree for it.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-NFS-MIB::cucsNfsMountInstFsmTaskDn

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.67.9.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-NFS-MIB::cucsNfsMountInstFsmTaskDn.1
