This OID reports, as a Gauge32 percentage, how far the current FSM operation on a MountDef object — the saved definition of one NFS mount (which server and export path it points at and what it is used for) that UCS can mount — has progressed. An admin watches this counter directly on the parent object to judge whether the operation is advancing normally, without needing to query a separate FSM class. For example, a value that stays at the same percentage across several polls of a MountDef instance signals the underlying mount or import workflow has stalled.
