This is the Relative Name of the InvKv object, distinguishing this particular inventory key-value annotation from sibling annotations attached to the same hardware component. An administrator uses it, together with the parent path, to tell apart multiple annotations recorded against one piece of inventory. For example, if a component has several recorded key-value properties, the RN lets tooling identify which one this entry represents.
