Module: CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MEMORY-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MEMORY-MIB::cucsMemoryRuntimeUpdate

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.30.9.1.21

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Gauge32

Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS memory:Runtime:update managed object property

What is cucsMemoryRuntimeUpdate?

This Gauge32 is an internal update counter that increments each time UCS Manager refreshes this memory array's runtime utilization stats record's statistics, per its update property description. An admin or a polling script can compare successive reads of this counter to confirm the memory array's runtime utilization stats stats are still actively being refreshed rather than frozen because the sensor path failed. For instance if this value stops climbing between polls while other counters look active elsewhere, that is a sign this particular memory array's runtime utilization stats record has stopped updating.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.30.9.1.21
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MEMORY-MIB::cucsMemoryRuntimeUpdate

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.30.9.1.21.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MEMORY-MIB::cucsMemoryRuntimeUpdate.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> cucsMemoryRuntimeUpdate.1
