What is cucsLsServerFsmStageLastUpdateTime?
This field records the timestamp of the last update to this one specific stage of a service profile's FSM workflow. Comparing this timestamp to the overall FSM's completion time, or lack of one, tells the admin whether this exact stage is the one still sitting unfinished while later stages never even started. A last-update time from 20 minutes ago on a stage still marked in-progress, with no completion recorded, is the admin's evidence that this specific stage is the one that's hung.
