The operState reports whether this pool requirement has actually been satisfied and a server assigned using the CucsLsComputeBindingOperState enumeration, the practical status field for whether the profile has hardware yet. An operState stuck in an unassigned value tells an admin this profile is still waiting on the pool for a matching server rather than actively running.
