The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLsPowerState is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS ls:Power:state managed object property', but the 'state' property name together with its CucsLsPowerState type tell us this column, on the power-state and power-control record for the server currently associated with a service profile, holds the state as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The state is the current power state (on/off/etc.) of the physical server currently associated with this service profile, using the CucsLsPowerState enumeration — the field an admin checks to see if the server this profile controls is actually powered up. A profile whose associated blade was just powered down for maintenance would report state as off here even while the rest of the profile config remains intact.
