What is cucsLsBindingPropAcl?

The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLsBindingPropAcl is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS ls:Binding:propAcl managed object property', but the 'propAcl' property name together with its Unsigned64 type tell us this column, on the record of a service profile being bound (associated) to a specific physical blade or rack server, holds the propAcl as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The propAcl is a 64-bit bitmask UCS Manager uses internally to track which properties of this binding have been explicitly set versus left at default, driving internal change-detection rather than anything an admin reads directly. This value changes automatically whenever any tracked property on this binding is modified, without an admin ever setting it themselves.
