Description: Cisco UCS ls:Binding:adminAction managed object property
What is cucsLsBindingAdminAction?
The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLsBindingAdminAction is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS ls:Binding:adminAction managed object property', but the 'adminAction' property name together with its CucsLsAdminActionType type tell us this column, on the record of a service profile being bound (associated) to a specific physical blade or rack server, holds the adminAction as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The adminAction is a write field an admin (or automation) uses to request an operation on this binding, such as forcing a rebind, using the CucsLsAdminActionType enumeration. An admin who wants to force a service profile to re-associate with its bound server would set adminAction to the appropriate value here rather than deleting and recreating the profile.
