Description: Cisco UCS ls:AgentPolicy:mode managed object property

What is cucsLsAgentPolicyMode?

The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLsAgentPolicyMode is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS ls:AgentPolicy:mode managed object property', but the 'mode' property name together with its CucsLsAgentMode type tell us this column, on the host-agent policy attached to a service profile (governs the in-OS UCS agent behavior), holds the mode as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The mode selects how the host agent for this service profile is expected to operate — for instance whether it's actively managed/required or left in a passthrough/disabled mode — via the CucsLsAgentMode enumeration. A service profile intended to run a hypervisor with tight host-agent integration would set mode to an active management value rather than leaving it disabled.
