The capability field advertises what the in-OS host agent tied to this service profile is capable of doing (which host-agent feature set it supports), using the CucsLsAgentCapability enumeration. A service profile whose host agent supports advanced power/BIOS control would report a richer capability value than one whose agent supports only basic reporting.
