What is cucsIppoolPoolV4Assigned?
This Gauge32 reports how many IPv4 addresses specifically (as opposed to IPv6) have currently been checked out of this dual-stack-capable IP pool. In a pool that supports both IPv4 and IPv6 ranges, tracking the IPv4 count separately lets an admin see if the IPv4 side of the pool is nearing exhaustion even while the IPv6 side has plenty of headroom, since the two ranges are sized and consumed independently. A pool with 40 total IPv4 addresses showing 39 assigned here means only one IPv4 management address is left to hand out, regardless of IPv6 availability.
