What is cucsIppoolPoolIsNetBIOSEnabled?
This enumerated field records whether NetBIOS name resolution is enabled for the addresses handed out from this IP pool. An admin toggles this when servers drawing addresses from the pool need legacy Windows NetBIOS name broadcasting/resolution to work on their out-of-band management network, which some older management tools or Windows-based KVM clients still rely on. Leaving this disabled on a modern all-Linux management network avoids unnecessary NetBIOS broadcast traffic on that segment.
