What is cucsIdentMetaSystemFsmTaskSeqId?
This is seqId, the sequence number of this task among all the tasks the domain's identity-sync FSM has dispatched during its run. Because tasks within a stage can execute in a defined order, this number is how an admin (or Cisco TAC) reconstructs the exact execution order of internal identity-sync operations when diagnosing a failure. Task seqId 1 ran before task seqId 2 within this same FSM instance.
