This is completion, the current status of one individual task queued inside the domain's identity-sync FSM (as distinct from the status of a whole stage or the FSM overall). Because a single FSM stage can dispatch several tasks, this per-task completion field is the finest-grained status an admin can check when narrowing down exactly which internal operation — not just which stage — stalled or failed. A completed task reports a success-type completion value; one that never finishes stays on a pending/in-progress value.
