What is cucsIdentMetaSystemFsmStageRetry?
This is retry, the count of how many times UCS Manager has retried this specific stage of the domain's identity-sync FSM after it failed to complete on the first attempt. A climbing retry count on one stage — rather than the FSM simply failing outright — tells an admin that UCS Manager is actively fighting through a transient problem (like an intermittent peer connection) at that specific step. A value of 0 means this stage succeeded on its first attempt; a value of 2 means it needed two retries before UCS Manager gave up or moved on.
