What is cucsGmetaHolderRn?
SnmpAdminString is the relative-name component of a gmeta:Holder record, the naming piece appended to its parent object's Dn to form the holder's own address in the MIT. It is bookkeeping for the sync-tracking layer rather than a value an admin reads for its own sake; the fixed literal 'gmeta-holder' is a typical value regardless of which object the holder is attached to.
