What is cucsFcpoolFormatMask?
This is the bitmask applied together with the Format value to determine which bits of a generated WWN are fixed versus assignable for this specific Fibre Channel pool. An admin checks the Mask on a pool when calculating exactly how many unique WWNs that pool's addressing scheme can actually produce. A Mask that leaves only the low 16 bits variable limits this particular pool to 65,536 unique generated addresses.
