What is cucsFcpoolAddrGlobalAssignedCnt?
This is the count of WWN addresses currently assigned out of the global pool that this specific address entry belongs to, giving a running tally across the whole pool rather than just this one address. An admin monitors this on a pool's address entries to see how close the pool is to exhausting its available WWNs before new vHBAs can no longer get one assigned. A GlobalAssignedCnt approaching the pool's total defined size is the trigger to expand that WWN pool's blocks.
