What is cucsFcStatsPacketsTx?
This is the cumulative count of frames this Fibre Channel interface has transmitted since the counter was last reset. An admin pairs it with PacketsRx on the same port to gauge whether this FC link is symmetric or skewed, and with BytesTx to infer typical outbound frame size. A PacketsTx value much lower than PacketsRx on the same port, with similar byte counts, would mean outbound frames on that port run larger on average than inbound ones.
