What is cucsFcStatsHistTimeCollected?
This is the timestamp of when this particular historical stats sample for a Fibre Channel interface was originally captured, before being retained in the StatsHist archive. An admin uses it to place each archived row for a specific port on an actual timeline when reconstructing what that port's traffic looked like at a given moment in the past. Two historical rows for the same port with TimeCollected five minutes apart tell the admin the collection interval configured for that FC interface's stats.
