What is cucsFcStatsHistPacketsRx?
This is the received-frame count that was current for this Fibre Channel interface at the moment this historical sample was archived. An admin trending a specific port's inbound frame rate over time pulls a series of these archived counts to see growth in frame volume independent of byte volume. A steadily rising archived PacketsRx across rows for one port, with roughly flat byte counts, would suggest that port has started handling many more, smaller FC frames.
