What is cucsFcStatsHistMostRecent?
This TruthValue marks whether this particular archived record is the most recently captured historical stats sample for this Fibre Channel interface, as opposed to an older retained entry. An admin scripting a poller against a specific port's StatsHist table uses this flag to grab only the latest historical snapshot without having to compare all the Id or timestamp values. When MostRecent is true on a given row, that is the row to read for the freshest available historical stats for that port.
