What is cucsFcStatsHistBytesTxDeltaMin?
This preserves the lowest transmitted-byte delta this Fibre Channel interface had recorded when this historical snapshot was archived. It helps an admin see, in hindsight, how much idle time this specific port's outbound traffic had during a past interval. A nonzero historical DeltaMin for a port that usually shows zero would flag a period when that port never went fully idle on transmit.
